Our Story
Built around a simple idea: complex problems need joined-up thinking.
Mitambo & Co was established in 2014 with a vision to create a consulting firm capable of working across disciplines rather than treating organisational challenges as isolated technical problems.
From the beginning, the firm brought together experience in public health, clinical research, financial management, technology, governance, organisational development and project management. That mix of expertise created the foundation for a consulting practice that is both technically rigorous and grounded in practical implementation.
Over time, Mitambo & Co expanded its capabilities in response to the changing needs of governments, development partners and private-sector organisations. Today, the firm works across health systems strengthening, research and evaluation, financial advisory, digital transformation, institutional capacity building, programme management and related areas.
Growth has never been the only objective.
